She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Gamble McGuirt and William David McGuirt; and her husband George W. "Jack" Hunter Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jeanette McCord (Dave) of Anderson, Amy Dixon (George) of Richburg, Ronald R Hunter (Nancy), Glenn C Hunter (Ruby) of Lancaster, Mark W Hunter (Diana) of Clover and Barry Hunter (Linda) of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Beth Vaughn, Scott Hunter, Deron Hunter, Gregg Hunter, Jennifer Madison, James Fish and Janet Maner. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Immanuel Church, Lancaster Council on aging, LSPCA Lancaster, or charity of choice.
