He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Woods and Maggie Louise Woods. He is survived by: his daughter Shari Lynn DeBetta (Joe DeBetta) of Matthews, N. C; and his grandchildren, Hailey DeBetta, Dominick DeBetta and Brock DeBetta.
