He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde F. Miller and Ollie Faile Newell. He is survived by: his wife Mary F. Miller; his children, Harold F. Miller, Jr. (Tina, Scott Miller), Jimmy Miller (Crystal), Randy H. Carnes (Donna), Sheila Outen (Jim) and Carolyn Bradley (Neal); and his sisters, Margie Kennington and Judy Simpson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
