He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Neely and Marie Carter Neely. He is survived by: his children, Carson Neely (Heidi) of Rock Hill, Heyward Neely (Vickie) of Lancaster, Matthew Neely (Krystal) of Lancaster, Annette Baker of Heath Springs, Cheryl Rutledge (Kevin) of Lancaster and Amanda Blackmon (Jonathan) of Lancaster; and his sister Ila Parks of Lancaster. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
