David, III of Snowshoe, WV, Susan David of Lancaster and Druid D. Burtner of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Burtner and Nicholas Alexander Burtner; and his siblings, William David (Freddie) of Florence, SC, Dan David of Charleston, SC and Elizabeth Wright (Bill) of Tuscaloosa, AL..
