He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Blackham and Helen Blackham; his wife Mary Sullivan of Dunkirk; his daughters, Karen (Rick) of Hawaii and Andrea (Eric) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Ricky, Maggie, Scout, Lacey and Lars.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church in Lancaster.
