He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey McInvaille and Loretta Pate McInvaille; his son Bobby Dean McInvaille; his siblings, Clayton "Grafton" McInvaille, Colon McInvaille, Norma Jean Baker, Annette Belk and Ruth Cook; and his close friend Frank Case.

He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Harper (Marty) and Tammy Dunlap; his wife Sabrina McInvaille; his grandchildren, Justin Harper (Christina), Amber Rogers (Nathan) and Lucas Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Pazlie Rogers, Olivia Rogers and Attie Rose Harper; his sister Jeanette Taylor; and his close friend Clinton Watts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
