He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilford C. Allen and Jenny Jones Allen; his wife Chessie Allen; and his sons-in-law, Mickey Caskey, Travis Cook and Ralph Reeder.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Allen, Margie Reeder, Marilyn Caskey and Debra Cook; his grandchildren, Billy Allen, II (Michelle), Joel Allen (Lael), Christopher Reeder (Robin), Misty Carpenter (Christopher), Roger Powell (Anita), Lisa McInvaille (Bobby), Kaylee Allen and Matthew Allen; his great grandchildren, Andrew Allen, Anna Beth Allen, Anson Allen, Rorie Allen, Tindall Allen, Wyle Allen, Emilee Kirby (Alex), Jacob Reeder, Samuel Reeder, Ellie Carpenter, Kesla Powell, Dalton Powell, Alex McInvaille (Tristin) and Trent McInvaille; his great great grandchildren, Jayden Powell and Haysleigh McManus; and his son Rev. Billy Allen (Donzell).
