He was predeceased by: his father Blair Linton Baldwin. He is survived by: his mother Linda Schreiner Baldwin; his wife Kimberly Jensen Baldwin; his children, Jessie Baldwin Hoffman (Jared) and Frazier Charles Baldwin; and his siblings, Valeria Blair Bassham (Forest) and Blair Linton Baldwin, Jr. (Erin). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and countless family and friends.
