It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Reynolds Catoe of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Dennis Catoe; and her parents, Robert Franklin Reynolds and Annie Louise Faile Reynolds. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Catoe Hunter (Matt) of Lancaster and Jennifer Catoe Sellers (David) of Lancaster; her grandsons, Tucker Sellers, Tanner Sellers and Elijah Hunter; and her sister-in-law Wanda Catoe Outen of Lancaster.
