He is survived by: his siblings, Herbie Rutledge Jr. (Melvenia) of Heath Springs, SC, Carrie Carter (Cleo Everett), Patricia Rutledge of Heath Springs, SC, Marian Nurse (Christine Chapman) and Shelby Rutledge of Heath Springs, SC; and his brother-in-law Richard Drakeford of Heath Springs, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
