He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurlow Blackmon and Vera Blackmon; and his wife Rita Blackmon. He is survived by: his sister Jan Edwards (Van); his nieces and nephews, Kenneth (Chantal), Kim Dennis (Preston) and Kevin (Tasha); his stepdaughter Deborah Bailey; and his grandchildren, Breonna, Kenzie, Chase of Hunter, TJ, Chelsea, Matt, Cali, Tanner, Jornee, Aaliyah, Zach, Dalton and Katie.
