He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hoyt Barton, Sr. and Sue Beckham Barton. He is survived by: his children, Eddie B. Barton (Gina) and Teresa Crenshaw (Layton); his grandchildren, Skylar Barton, Alex Barton and Kayton Crenshaw; and his close friends, Eddie, Suzanne Workman, Deryle, Dawn Blakley, Dr. Archie, Sybil Neal, Jason Workman and Erica Workman Joefreda.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hyde Park Baptist Church, 1898 Flat Creek Rd., Lancaster, SC 29720.
