She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Alexander Steele and Eunice Belle Jennings Steele; her husband Jack Robert Rowell; her son Ronald "Ronnie" Dean Rowell; and her siblings, Ney Baxter Steele, William Caldwell Steele, Jesse C. Steele, Lewis Quay Steele, Roddy Wayne Steele and Alma Steele Sims.
She is survived by: her caregiver Robin Elaine Rowell.
