She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bascum Belk and Hattie Bell Plyler Belk; her sister Marcia B. Hoffman; and her brother-in-law Bobby O. Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Steve Barr; her nephews, Jackie Sims (Pam) and Gary H. Peagler; and her niece Janet Pate.
