He is survived by: his father Charles Drake Starnes of Lancaster; his children, Nick Starnes (Jessica) and Meredith Starnes Brasington (Allan) of Heath Springs; his grandchildren, Drake Starnes, Raegan Brasington, Landrie Brasington and Kasen Starnes; his sister Karen Humphries (Jon) of Lancaster; his nephew Jonathan Humphries; and his nieces, Lauran Lehman and Kristina Ray.
