She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gandy and Viola Ray Gandy; her husband Maxie Lucas; and her brothers, Ronnie Gandy and Tony Gandy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Lucas Hiott (Hal Hiott) and Kerri Ray; her grandchildren, Gracie Ray, Allie Berry and Walker Ray; her great grandchild Elise Carey; her brother Wayne Gandy (Julie); and her sister-in-law Linda Gandy.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jerry Hartley Funeral Home (684 Hubbard Dr, Lancaster, SC 29720). Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
