She was predeceased by: her brother Timmy "Hard Rock" Blackmon; her aunt Lynn Hunter; and her grandparents, Rev. Jimmy White, Sr., Marie White, Daniel and Polly Hunter.
She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Martin White, Jr. and Gail Hunter White; her husband William "Billy" Culp, Jr.; her children, Jasey "Tee" Millwood, Sydney Culp (Cody) and Jason "JayBird" Millwood; her granddaughter Maddilynn "Maddi" McAllister; and her siblings, Lisa "Moe" Culp (Joey), Mitchell D. Blackmon, Jimmy "KoJack" White, III and Matthew "Matt" White (Brianna). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
