He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Yost. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Adams Yost; his sons, David Anthony Yost (Christine) of Marshville and Christopher Gerald Yost of Waxhaw; his stepson James Wendell Trull, Jr.; his wife Lynn of Lancaster; his mother Frances H. Yost of Waxhaw; his siblings, Robert Yost of Waxhaw, Carolyn Turner (Cecil) of Mint Hill and Vickie Yost of Waxhaw; and also, David Lee Trull of Lancaster and John Christopher Trull (Jennifer) of Waxhaw. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren.
