She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neeley and Martha Hinerman Neeley; and her brother Richard Neeley. She is survived by: her husband David Michael Bowers; her brother Mark Neeley (Lisa) of Swansee, S. C.; her niece Heather Neeley McCormick (Tyler); her great-niece Ryleigh; and her nephew River McCormick.

Memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church Family Center.
