She is survived by: her husband Sam Smith; her stepchildren, Jody Smith of Chester, Jackie Smith of Winnsboro and Jeanie Smith of Blackstock; her brother Gene Hinson (Marsha) of Wilmington, NC; and her stepbrothers, Gene Faile (Kay) of Lancaster and Robert Faile of Lancaster. She is also survived by four step grandchildren.
