He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Morrow and Addie Morrow (Keith); his wife Virginia Morrow (Renick); and his sister Margie Barnett. He is survived by: his son Roy Lee Morrow (Karen); his grandchildren, Brandon Morrow, Megan Norris (Cory), Kennedy Morrow, Kailey Norris, Brooke Norris and Addie Norris; and his sisters, Violet Jones, Bernice Roberts and Charlcy Dick.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice.
