He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his son Conard Douglas Rollins, Jr.; his wife Anita; his brothers, Delmas Rollins and Gene Rollins (Geri); his grandchildren, Shannon Douglas and Johnny Sebastian; his child Doug; and also, Joseph D. Rollins (Bonnie) and Shannon M. Rollins (Nellie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
