He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Henry Watts and Mary Ellen Outen Watts; his siblings, Nina Jo Wright, Jack Watts, John Watts and Mike Watts; his niece Patricia Bowers; and his nephew Rodney Watts.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Watts (Dorothy) and Jerome Watts (Cheri); his nephews, Charles Watts, Bryan Watts, Chris Watts, Scotty Watts, Jeffery Watts and Randy Watts; and his siblings-in-law, Helga Watts and Lane Wright.
