He is survived by: his parents, Charles Lee "Shorty" Polston (Gloria) and Patricia Ann Phillips Polston; his sons, Devin Lee Polston, Christian "Darren" Polston and Gabriel "Gabe" Wayne Polston (Madison Brasington); his grandchildren, Brayden Polston and Brynlee Polston; his fiancée Mindy Johnson; the mother of his children Kimberly Willis Polston; his sisters, Amanda Cauthen (Rodney) and Anne Marie Polston (Billy Shannon); and his nephews, Dylan Sistare (Emily) and Zeb Polston. He is also survived by extended family; and many friends.
