Balkcum of Lancaster; his children, Chuck Balkcum, Jr. of Lancaster, Benjamin Balkcum of Lancaster, Matthew Balkcum of Lancaster and Tiffany Story of Lancaster; his stepdaughters, Amanda Deaton of Cornelius, NC and Amy Terry of Lancaster; his siblings, Louis Balkcum of Lancaster and Vickie Small (Lloyd) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Abby, Mason, Noah, Bryson, Melody, Faith and Ivana.
