Charlie Bailey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2020, at the age of 84, Charlie Bailey in Lancaster, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Robert Bailey, Sr. and Eula Mae Duncan Bailey; his wife Isabella "Belle" Harper Bailey; and his sister Lydia Tweed. He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Paul (John) and Barbie Outlaw (Robbie); his grandchildren, Megan Rao Paul, Lizzie Outlaw, Bella Paul and Harrison Outlaw; and his close friends, Jerry Williams, Jimmy and Lynne Jones.
