He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Flynn Adams; his children, Janice Stacks and Bobby Adams (Lori); his grandchildren, Jason Stacks (Tasha), Stacy Threatt (Kenny) and Megan Blackmon; his great grandchildren, Leah, Jesse, Kelsea Stacks, Cheyenne, Colby Threatt and Cora Blackmon; and his sister Martha Ann Floyd.
