We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Cecile Flanders of Lancaster, South Carolina, born in Hazlehurst, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Woodard and Cecil Woodard of Hazlehurst, GA; and her sister Ellene Reddick of Cordele, GA.. She is survived by: her husband George Flanders; her children, Chip Flanders of Columbia, SC and Lisa Carroll (David) of Aiken, SC; her grandchildren, Spencer Carroll (Taylor), Pierce Flanders, Will Flanders, Steven Carroll (Jenna) and Lindsay Carroll; and her daughter Anne Hayes of Lancaster. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
