He is survived by: his daughter Neala Howland of Ft. Lawn; and his siblings, Mary Talbert of Chester, Ralph Moseley (Teresa) of Lancaster, Jimmy Moseley (Sue) of Knoxville and Junior Moseley of Bethune, SC. He is also survived by one grandchild; five great-grandchildren.
