She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Hugh Barrineau and Louise Grier Barrineau; and her siblings, Gladys Barrineau Humphries and Jack Barrineau. She is survived by: her husband George W. Phillips; her children, Sara Phillips Simpson (Richard), Tim Phillips (Lynn) of Lancaster, Kerry Phillips (Glenda) of Lancaster, Andy Phillips (Bridget) of Lancaster and Kevin Phillips (Pam) of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Walt Simpson, Erin Simpson Lozier (Sam), Will Simpson (Logan Moore), Lane Phillips (Victoria Stephen), Meryl Phillips (Josh Horne), Mark Phillips, Sara Phillips, Leah Phillips Dawson (Tyler), Connor Phillips, Noah Phillips, Anna Phillips, Logan Phillips and John Mark Phillips; her great grandchildren, Willa Claire Lozier, Graham Lozier, Lawson Phillips and Jaxon Phillips; and her brother Clyburn Barrineau (Frances) of Indian Land.
