He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fletcher Funderburk and Elma Newman Funderburk; his wife Bonnie Funderburk; and his siblings, Donald Funderburk, Anne McManus and Nettie Jewell Belk.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Funderburk (Karen), Tammy F. Kirk (Walter) and Frankie Sistare; his grandchildren, Kelly, Tracey, Alyson, Brian, Melissa, Kelsey, Kaylin and Madison; and his brother-in-law Ken McManus. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Freedom Freewill Baptist Church (1697 N Rocky River Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Lancaster Memorial Park (1389 Memorial Park Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
