He was predeceased by: his father Kim Thomas Waits; his daughters, Emily Madyson Waits and Meagan Elizabeth Waits; his grandparents, Nannie Hammond (Robert), Curtis Lee Arant, Richard L. and Evelyn Waits; his aunts and uncles, Linda Smith, Brenda Morgan, Wanda Booth, Richard "Ricky" Waits and Jeffery Arant; and his cousin Kayla Faile.
He is survived by: his mother Julia Arant Waits; his brother Robbie Waits (Kimberly); his nieces and nephews, Colby Waits and Kylie Waits; his aunts and uncles, Evelyn Keener (Billy), Dianne Waits, Dewayne Morgan, Mary Arant, Brenda Arrant (Bobby), Freddie Arant (Nancy) and Curtis Lynn Arant; his cousins, Keith Faile (Ruby) and Ashley Faile; and his close friends, Tony, Alicia Terry, Anthony Terry, Grayson Ghent, Blaze Ghent and Layton Ghent.
