He was predeceased by: his parents, Boardman Homer Caraway, Sr. and Mabel Daniel Caraway; his son Boardman Homer "Bo" Caraway, III; and his sister Ann Johnston. He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Kimberly C. DuBose (Trey) of Greenville; his sister Carol Greenwood of Tallahassee, Florida; his grandchildren, Ellie, Cara, Jack and Ben; and his close friend Billie Jo Crawford.
