He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Montgomery and Janie Gaskins Montgomery; his daughter Lisa Renee Montgomery Mathis; and his grandson Justin Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Steele Montgomery of Lancaster; his daughters, Julie Montgomery of Lancaster and Janet Larson (Jeremy Larson) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Brittany Adams, Elizabeth Small, Jessica Hall, Emma Larson and Dallas Mathis; and his great grandchildren, Jasper Stevens, Everly Taylor and Jaden Adams.
