He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Riner, Sr. and Edna Shinn Riner; his wife Mary Maxwell Plyler Riner; and also, Steve and Lib Plyler.
He is survived by: his niece Elizabeth Ann Hyatt (Wes Peninger); and his great-nephews, Steven Robinson, William Robinson and Maxwell Robinson.
