He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Melvin Miller and Hildred Wallace Miller; and his siblings, Dale Miller, Virginia Whitaker, Jean Ford and Peggy Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Miller; his children, Katharine "Katie" Miller, Erik McIntosh, Doug McIntosh (Michelle), Greg McIntosh and Scott Miller (AnneMarie); his grandchildren, Lexi (Vance), Austin, Ashliana, Lindsey, Ashley, Holden, Sophia, Grant and Alyssa; his sister Meredith "Merry" Gildrie (Richard "Dick"); and also, Katie, Scott and Ann Kondalski (Robert). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews; and a large extended family.
