It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Sinclair Bailey (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyce Sinclair and Helen Sinclair (Knight). She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth "Bubba" Bailey (Laura) of Lancaster, Boyce "Tater" Bailey (Joy) of Lancaster and Bill Bailey (Aimee) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Amanda Bailey (Charles) of Fort Lawn, Abby Bailey (Harley) of Rock Hill, Eva Bailey of Rock Hill, David Roach (Kristen) of Lancaster, Anna Roddey (Jason) of Kershaw, Triston Carter (Taylor) of Lancaster and Tyler Carter of Lancaster; her great grandchildren, Casen Rallings, Ryder Mietla, Nolan Mietla, Cheyenne Giles, Marley Roach, Kai Roach, Mahala Roach, Addison Roddey and Forest Roddey; her brothers, Homer Sinclair and Bill Sinclair; her husband Kenneth "Ken" Bailey; her son Kenny Bailey; and her siblings, Carolyn Weaver, Josepine Jenkins and Authur Sinclair.
