It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jeane Jordan Peagler of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee Jordan and Minnie Pittman Jordan; and her grandson Jimmy Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Lewis Edward Peagler (Jenny) of Lancaster, Nancy Burgess (Paul) of Lancaster, Molly Roof (Ray) of Chester, Wanda Bowers of Lancaster and Carolyn Robbins (Rob) of Lancaster; and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and twenty one great-great grandchildren.
