He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Moseley and Bernice Livingston Moseley; and his siblings, Tillmon Moseley, Amos Moseley, Albert Moseley, Bertha Taylor and Annie Lee Snipes.
He is survived by: his wife Perline G. Moseley of Lancaster; his children, Bennie B. Moseley, Jr. (Susan) of Rock Hill, Becky Barton of Lancaster and Gail Moseley of Lancaster; his brother Jackie "Jasper" Moseley of Camden; and his grandchildren, Laura Jordan, Bennie B. Moseley, III, Lisa Culton, Bryan Moseley and Carla LeMoine. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
