She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Harper and Dorothy Bond Harper; and her brother Bart Harper. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Bailey; her daughters, Jan Paul (John) of Camden, SC and Barbie Outlaw (Robbie) of Pageland, SC; her grandchildren, Megan Rao Paul, Lizzie Outlaw, Bella Paul and Harrison Outlaw; her sister Valeria Adams (W. C.) of Greensboro, NC; and her close friends, Jimmy, Lynne Jones of Van Wyck, SC, Johnny, Meredith Morris of Camden, SC and Marguerite Adams of Lancaster.
