He is survived by: his children, Stephen "Scott" Harkey, Joshua Harkey (Melissa), Kelly Harkey and Kimberly Harkey Outen (Brian); his grandchildren, Kyle Harkey (Summer), Alex Harkey, Dillon Harkey (Kacie), Kiley Passmore (James), Brittany Carroll (Jared) and Stephen Outen; his great grandchildren, Omari Johnson, Kyston Passmore, Liam Harkey, Carter Harkey, Paisley Carroll and Granger Carroll; and his siblings, Sharon Adams, Stacey Laney, J. W. Stevens and Ricky Roney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
