He is survived by: his children, Artis Baskin Jr. (Cari) of Dumfries, VA and Nikki Baskin of Durham, NC; his grandchildren, Bryce and Judith; and his siblings, Mack Baskin and Barbara Baskin Clinton. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
