Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Annie Allen (Lancaster, South Carolina), born in Elba, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 76, on March 14, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Coe and Annie Dell Brown Allen; her husband William Paul Allen; her daughter Donna Lynn Hubbard; and her brother Jack Allen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda H. Ledbetter (Dan) and Renee Hubbard Phillips of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Monty Hudson, Candace Hudson, Elizabeth Mahaffey Austin and Seth Phillips; her great grandchildren, Haley Pate, Kennedy Austin and Myles Austin; and her sisters, Christine Dillinger (Mitchell) of Chester and Judy Starnes of Rock Hill.
