She is survived by: her mother Polly Jenkins Williams of Lancaster; her husband James E. Blackwell of Lancaster; her siblings, James Allen Lowery (Ashley Rich) of Lancaster, Roger Burt Blackmon, Jr. of Lancaster, Sandra Darlene Cauthen (Joey) of Lancaster and Carla Hill of Lancaster; and her stepmother Sandra Kay Blackmon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
