He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mobley Sr. and Josephine Barnes. He is survived by: his sons, Leander M. Hall of Lancaster, SC, Allen W. Mobley Jr. of Lancaster, SC and Antwane M. Mobley of Killeen, TX; and his brothers, Wilbert Mobley of Lancaster, SC and Jonathan Mobley of Richburg, SC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
