She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Rogers and Mattie Collins Avant; her husband Roland Causey; her daughter Wendy Dewitt; her sister Vonita Raspberry; and her son-in-law Kevin Dewitt.
She is survived by: her children, Ed Causey (Renee) of Summerton, SC, Judy Mae Barton (Malcolm) of Lancaster, SC, Wanda Bryson (Tommy) of Whiteville, NC and Nancy Vick (Doug) of Heath Springs, SC; and her grandchildren, Dawn Lewis, Nikki Berry, Phillip Barton, Josh Bryson, Justin Bryson, Crystal Wright, James Vick, Jessica Black and Bryan Langdale. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 –2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at Burgess Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Hwy., Lancaster, SC and suggest memorial contributions be made to Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1824 Airport Rd., Lancaster, SC 29720.
