With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Woodward Howard Morgan III (Lamar, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Morgan Jr. and Mary D. Chambers Morgan; his son Jason A. Morgan of Hartsville, SC; and his sister Deborah M. Crawford of Hartsville, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon M. Morgan of Hartsville, SC; his sons, W. Howard Morgan IV of Florence, SC and Ryan J. Morgan of Hartsville, SC; his sister Gail M. Cantley of Hartsville, SC; and his grandchildren, Coby Morgan of Hartsville, SC, Lane L. Morgan of Florence, SC and Woods H. Morgan IV of Florence, SC. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fox Creek Golf Club (2433 Tomahawk Rd, Lamar, SC 29079).
