"Moto" Windham; and his grandson Hampton.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Windham (Wendy), Greg Windham (Patsy), Paige Windham (Larry Porter), Dawn White (Mark) and Heather Galloway (Kevin); his grandchildren, Hunter, Austin, Mason (Kaycie), Eddie (Ali), Grant, Daniel, Cameron and Ali; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Claire, James, Easton and Vivian; his siblings, Ruby Bailey (Ray), Clarice Clifton, Mary Alice Shoemake, Mattie Ann Poston, Robert "Shot" Windham (Linda) and Carl "Dagger" Windham (Cindy); and his caregiver Cynthia Samuel.
