"Jim" Woods (Wendy) of Florence; his grandchildren, Willis Josey Woodham (Stephanie), Conner Woodham, Alex Warr, Morgan Warr, Austin Warr, Sarah Hannah Williams (Franklin), Ellie Gee, Jaye Woods and Thomas Woods; his great grandchildren, Lillian Anne and Julie Williams; and his siblings, Virginia Warr and Preston Warr.
